Terms of sale
Quotes and ordersEvery quote is in INR or your currency, valid for 15 days, GST extra where it applies. An order starts when you approve the mockup and pay the advance (50% unless we agree otherwise in writing). The balance is due before dispatch.
Mockups and what counts as approvedYou approve a mockup before we print. Once approved, spelling, colours and placement are yours to check; we match the approved file. Small shade differences between screen and print are normal and not a defect.
Privacy
What we collectYour name, business name, phone, email, delivery address and the logo files you send. We use them to quote, make, invoice and deliver your order, and to reply to you. Nothing else.
Who sees itOur team, our courier for the delivery address, and our accountant for the invoice. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else. Write to [email protected] to see or delete what we hold.
Shipping and returns
DeliveryDelivery within Mumbai is included in the quote unless stated. Outside Mumbai, anywhere in India or abroad, we quote delivery separately and ship by courier. Delivery dates count from the day the mockup is approved and the advance is received.
Returns and problemsPrinted goods are made for you, so they cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the approved mockup. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we reprint or refund the affected pieces.
Brands and images
Client logos and brand namesLogos and brand names shown belong to their owners. We show them only to list businesses we have printed for, not as an endorsement.
About the photosMost photos on this site are AI-generated mockups with made-up brand names, so our clients’ designs and confidential details stay private. Real job photos are added only with the client’s OK.
